Katyrenchuk Salesforce Consulting (org. no. 931 776 061, Norway) is the data controller for the processing of personal data described in this privacy policy. The company operates the NorskPrep service, available at https://www.norskprep.app.

By using NorskPrep you consent to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

This privacy policy is effective as of March 25, 2026.

We only collect data that is necessary for the service to function. The personal data we may collect includes:

• Name — the name you choose to provide (this does not have to be your legal name)
• Email address — used for account identification and communication
• Phone number — only if you sign in using phone authentication

We do not collect payment information directly. All payment processing is handled by third-party payment providers.

We use the data we collect to:

• Provide, operate and maintain the NorskPrep service
• Identify you and manage your account
• Communicate with you about your account or the service

We do not share your personal data with any third parties.

Your data remains with us and is used solely to operate the NorskPrep service as described in this policy.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as long as necessary to provide the service. If you delete your account we will delete your personal data, unless we are required by law to retain it.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete it.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the following rights:

• Right of access — you may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Right to rectification — you may request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
• Right to erasure — you may request deletion of your personal data
