Terms of Sale

These terms of sale apply to all purchases made through the NorskPrep website (https://www.norskprep.app), operated by Katyrenchuk Salesforce Consulting (org. no. 931 776 061, Norway).

By completing a purchase on NorskPrep you accept these terms of sale. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

The buyer is the consumer who completes the purchase. The buyer's contact information is provided at the time of the order.

NorskPrep offers a free tier with access to core practice features. An optional one-time payment unlocks additional premium tools and features on the platform.

Premium access is a digital service that extends the functionality available to your account.

The price for premium access is displayed on the website at the time of purchase. All prices are shown inclusive of applicable taxes.

Premium access is purchased through a one-time payment. There are no recurring charges or subscriptions. Once you have paid, the premium features are permanently unlocked for your account.

Payment is processed by a third-party payment provider. We do not store your payment details. The payment provider's own terms and privacy policy apply to the processing of your payment.

Under the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act (angrerettloven) you normally have a 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases.

Because premium access is a digital service that is made available to you immediately after purchase, you agree to waive the right of withdrawal upon completing the purchase. This is in accordance with the Right of Withdrawal Act § 22(n).

By completing the purchase you confirm that:

• The digital content/service is made available to you immediately
• You expressly consent to immediate delivery
• You understand that you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been delivered

All purchases are final and non-refundable.

Because premium access is delivered immediately as a digital service, and you waive the right of withdrawal at the time of purchase, we do not offer refunds.

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the premium features, please contact us and we will resolve the problem.

Premium features are delivered digitally and activated immediately upon successful payment. There is no physical delivery.

If the premium features are not activated after payment, please contact us at hello@norskprep.app with your payment confirmation.

NorskPrep is a learning tool to help you prepare for Norwegian tests. We do not guarantee that using the premium features will result in you passing any test or examination.

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for premium access.

If you have a complaint regarding your purchase, please contact us at hello@norskprep.app. We will attempt to resolve the matter amicably.

If we are unable to reach an agreement, you may contact Forbrukertilsynet (the Norwegian Consumer Authority) for mediation. You may also file a complaint through the European Commission's online dispute resolution portal: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

These terms of sale are governed by Norwegian law, including the Consumer Purchases Act (forbrukerkjøpsloven) and the Right of Withdrawal Act (angrerettloven).

Any disputes shall be resolved by the Norwegian courts.
